Grateful for this day! Hello peeps, Hope you're doing amazing today! Today, my day started very late because I was not able to complete 8 hours of deep and healthy sleep. Even if I sleep at 12 am, I need to get up at 8 am, not before that. After that, at 9 am, I can do one class and then have breakfast and protein powder. I am looking forward to that routine. The day was ideal today. I received the bib and jacket for my cycling fitness, and I am happy. Although there are a few stains, I think they can be removed after cleaning. I am currently focusing on getting Snowflake certification for my office purposes. Today, I am grateful for breakfast, food, and dinner. Of course, I can't forget the tea that I prepared for myself and enjoyed in a clay pot bought from Reliance Mart yesterday at Amanora Mall. Hello people, I hope you're doing great and enjoyed the weekend. I got up very late at 10 am and took ample rest. Post waking up  Then, I went directly to have lunch at around 1 pm and had Chicken Thali at Saoji, Hadapsar. It was unhealthy, but I felt like trying it once. At Saoji Thali Chicken and Solkadi I thought, why not take a walk? So, I went to Amanora Mall and visited Decathlon. However, I couldn't find anything useful for me. I drove back to a sugarcane juice center, had a drink, and then took a good rest at home. 1% Better than the Previous Day Hey my loveliest peeps! Hope you're doing well and fantastic. Today, I woke up at 5 am and went to an outdoor cycling event. While riding, I met two new friends: Ashish and Sanjay. Ashish and I talked about a lot of things, including a Porsche accident. We even saw the accident spot in Kalyaninagar and discussed many topics. I also talked to Sanjay, who is around 65 years old but is one of the fittest people in the squad, having ridden a non-geared cycle for the last 25 years. We discussed many aspects of corporate and banking life. We stopped at a tea center and had tea. Then I came back to Amanora with Ashish and did some stretching at the Temple of Environment in Amanora Park. I headed straight home and prepared poha and tea for myself. Wow! I realised what not to do. Hello Everyone, I hope you're doing amazing and keeping well! Today marks the 14th day of my blogging journey, and it has indeed been a great experience reflecting on my entire day and introspecting on the activities I perform. It’s like stopping to see how I can improve. Today, I realized that sometimes, as an individual, if I deviate from my usual saatvik trajectory, I tend to continue doing what I love but then suddenly change direction to return to an ideal saatvik life. During those days, little foreign foods or thoughts act as catalysts, helping me realize that I am in a revolutionary and evolutionary phase to correct myself. I remind myself to forget these instances and try to reduce their occurrence in the future. Divine feeling at Reiki center today Hey lovely peeps, How are you doing? Today is my 13th day of the journaling challenge! I am so proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone. I remember how I wasn't moving my hands, legs, and body for a few months and hadn't been feeling good since then. The moment I started journaling, I realized that I am reflecting on myself every day. My energy is aligning with a master spiritual energy, and I feel much more fulfilled. Today, my day started with consuming lukewarm cardamom and lemon water in Malasana pose. After freshening up, I went to the balcony to enjoy the rejuvenating morning sunshine and cold breeze and prayed for this beautiful day. Hello people, Hope you're doing amazing today. Today, I woke up late at 9 AM because I wasn't feeling well due to inadequate sleep. As a result, I decided to cancel all my fitness class slots for the day. I had my final VIVA test for Snowflake Core Certification today, and it went pretty well, although there is still room for improvement. I need to take it more seriously, which I am committed to doing. My day started with drinking lukewarm water with lemon and dalchini powder in Malasana pose. Then, I freshened up and had a shake made of banana, chia seeds, curd, and almonds. After that, I continued working, but by the evening, I realized I was too tired to continue, so I skipped my fitness classes. Around 2 PM, I had a regular meal. Suddenly, I realized my helmet was missing. I got anxious, wondering where I had left it. I then remembered I might have left it at the restaurant Masoli, where I had dinner yesterday. I got some nice moves and food Hello everyone, I hope you all are blessed and happy today! Today, I am very tired as I have been sleeping for less than five hours these days due to hectic yoga and dance classes. However, sleep should not be compromised as it can adversely affect our health. I am planning to go to class tomorrow at 8 AM so that I can sleep properly tonight. My day started with consuming soaked seeds, almonds, and a banana. Then, I went for my morning yoga class, followed by a breakfast of poha and tea. I came back home, took a rest for a while, and then swept the entire floor, cleaned the kitchen and washroom, mopped the floor, folded the clothes, and cleaned the utensils. My friend also arrived at my flat, and we worked together on a few assignments before ordering chicken biryani. I had half of it, and in the evening, we went for tea.
