No Cult today | Lunch and Dinner unhealthy food | Meditation bath | Protein day starts | 2nd June 2024 | 10:15 pm

Hello people,

I hope you're doing great and enjoyed the weekend.
I got up very late at 10 am and took ample rest.
Post waking up

Then, I went directly to have lunch at around 1 pm and had Chicken Thali at Saoji, Hadapsar. It was unhealthy, but I felt like trying it once.

I thought, why not take a walk? So, I went to Amanora Mall and visited Decathlon. However, I couldn't find anything useful for me. I drove back to a sugarcane juice center, had a drink, and then took a good rest at home.

In the evening, I decided to take a bath with meditation sounds on, simply cleansing properly. Then, I took protein powder and went to the gym. But instead of arriving at 8 pm, I reached at 8:35 and couldn't join them.

I then headed towards a biryani shop and ate mutton biryani, again an unhealthy choice of mine. I drove home, had a weekly call with my family while walking in the society, and then decided to drink almond water before going to sleep.

That's it for today's blog. I'm planning to increase mindfulness starting tomorrow.

Talking about some regular routine checklists:
- Hydration challenge: 10/21 days completed.
- Journaling challenge: 16/21 days completed.
- New fitness challenge: 8/21 days not completed.
- Protein powder challenge: 1/21 days completed.

Better from yesterday | 33 km morning cycle ride | Dance fitness without waitlist confirmation | Omlette dinner 01/06/2024 10:45 PM

1% Better than the Previous Day

Hey my loveliest peeps!

Hope you're doing well and fantastic. Today, I woke up at 5 am and went to an outdoor cycling event. While riding, I met two new friends: Ashish and Sanjay. Ashish and I talked about a lot of things, including a Porsche accident. We even saw the accident spot in Kalyaninagar and discussed many topics.

I also talked to Sanjay, who is around 65 years old but is one of the fittest people in the squad, having ridden a non-geared cycle for the last 25 years. We discussed many aspects of corporate and banking life.

We stopped at a tea center and had tea. Then I came back to Amanora with Ashish and did some stretching at the Temple of Environment in Amanora Park. I headed straight home and prepared poha and tea for myself.

After eating, I had a video call with my parents. Later, I felt hungry again but was too tired to cook, so I ordered Kolkata chicken biryani, which was both healthier and tasty. There are no regrets because each wrong step is a lesson for the next one.

Lunch from Peetuk, Pune

In the evening, I decided to go to a dance class. Upon reaching the center, I realized that my waiting list confirmation had not been approved, but the center managers allowed me to join. I danced my heart out and sweated all over.

Afterward, I returned to a tea shop, had tea, and sat there for about an hour, silently observing my surroundings.

I then drove back to my apartment. While walking and observing the plants, I received a call from a friend about some work-related discussions. After the call, I went straight to my flat and prepared an omelet for dinner.

That's how I spent my day.

I bought a wind chime and feel so relaxed with its soothing sound. I also bought protein powder, which I will start consuming tomorrow. Adding protein powder to the list of mandatory items to be consumed for the 90-day challenge. So here is the next challenge!

Talking about some regular routine checklist:

- Hydration challenge: 9/21 days completed.
- Journaling challenge: 15/21 days completed.
- New fitness challenge: 8/21 days completed.
- Protein powder to be started from tomorrow.

Are Unhealthy Foods Accepted by My Body? Yoga Day | Embracing the 14th Day | 31st May 2024 | 11:37 PM

Wow! I realised what not to do.

Hello Everyone,

I hope you're doing amazing and keeping well!

Today marks the 14th day of my blogging journey, and it has indeed been a great experience reflecting on my entire day and introspecting on the activities I perform. It’s like stopping to see how I can improve.

Today, I realized that sometimes, as an individual, if I deviate from my usual saatvik trajectory, I tend to continue doing what I love but then suddenly change direction to return to an ideal saatvik life. During those days, little foreign foods or thoughts act as catalysts, helping me realize that I am in a revolutionary and evolutionary phase to correct myself. I remind myself to forget these instances and try to reduce their occurrence in the future.

Smile leaves a radiance you can't find elsewhere

Similar situations occurred when I had vada pav and tea, then panipuri, and then so much oily and spicy chicken biryani with not-so-good potatoes, which tasted really bad and were unhealthy. I felt a sense of negative vibes from this and thought, why not try something healthier next time? At least that way, the oil and spices won't cause any harm.

I finally consumed the soaked almonds post my evolve Yoga session at cult in evening, which should have been eaten in the morning, but I was being lazy and canceled a class. This is yet another thing that will be my challenge: to note the five reasons behind every instance of skipping a healthy routine.

I flossed my teeth post-dinner to add some charm to my lifestyle, and I am rigidly planning to go on a cycling trip tomorrow with water bottles.

I am grateful for the day and for a few people in my life who make it better, encourage me, and have faith in me.

With this, I am going to sleep, but before that, I'll soak chia seeds and almonds.

Here's a summary of my day:

Talking about some regular routine checklist:

- Hydration challenge: 8/21 days completed.

- Journaling challenge: 14/21 days completed.

- New fitness challenge: 7/21 days completed.

Namo Buddhay!
